How we got here
In 2019 a handful of finish carpenters were hanging drywall for Metro Atlanta landlords. Tenants kept asking for steel stairs, warehouse pads, and full office suites — so the crew added welders and superintendents instead of farming the work out.
Fieldspire now runs design-build shells, tenant fit-outs, and industrial upgrades with the same rule: the people who bid the job are the people on the floor.
